I’ve worn a lot of titles—teacher, instructional coach, curriculum lead, founder, strategist.

But at my core? I’m a creative woman of faith who believes in the power of purpose-filled work.

For over a decade, I built my life around the classroom—leading with care, teaching with heart, and often sacrificing my own sustainability in the process. I taught across grade levels, served wherever there was a need, and created curriculum that made space for both identity and imagination.

But like so many women in education, I hit a wall: not because I wasn’t capable—but because I was carrying too much.

That breakdown led to a breakthrough.

Today, I help women in education build bold brands, brave classrooms, and community-centered futures—without burning out or shrinking in the process. Through speaking, coaching, and content strategy, I show educators how to repurpose their brilliance and lead lives that reflect their values.

As the founder of Cultivated Connections Design & Consulting and Ivy Prints Design Studio, I’ve worked with educators, consultants, and organizations across the country to build brands, develop curriculum, and center care in every corner of their work.
